Led strategic US leadership communication for 25 regions, 2,000 franchisees, and 14,000 restaurants

Thirteen-year career growth spanned multiple roles in strategic communication, executive communication management, business prioritization, stakeholder engagement, field alignment, and restaurant execution. 


Hired as the first US Field Communications lead and rose to lead field communication team of 25 managers.


Led strategic communication and field execution of McDonald's critical brand transformation, from historic mansard roof restaurants to the modern brand recognized today. 


Built and led field communications team, driving alignment on national business strategy and sequenced messaging delivery to 2,000 franchisees and 14,000 restaurants. 


Pioneered McDonald's first corporate intranet system, enabling connectivity and information sharing across the entire franchisee network.
